Teesoup - original designs for t-shirts

ABOUT US
TeeSoup is a small dedicated group of people committed to bringing back the hand quality and hand printed craft of t-shirt production. All our designs are based on things we feel a passion for, so when you look at the subject listings you'll learn a little of what makes us tick. After the initial idea, all our artworks are drawn by hand, which in itself makes them instantly more distinctive than the mass produced, computer generated, mish-mash already swamping the market. The printing is also done in the same way, the old hand crafted way.

We use high quality 100% cotton T-shirts and spirit based inks, so cut and comfort is achieved whilst holding clarity and detail, with the minimal amount of shrinkage and discolouring. All shirts are available in sizes Medium, Large or X-Large. See chart below.

Each original design is available only in the colour stated. If you have any special requirements please e-mail us at shirts@teesoup.co.uk and we will advise if we can accommodate your needs. As we are a small company the best way to contact us is always by email.

T-SHIRT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please observe the washing instructions on the t-shirt label. Turn your t-shirt inside out before washing and ironing. DO NOT iron directly onto the printed image.

ORDERING
Orders can be placed online using the shopping cart & Paypal payment system. Credit/debit card details are not kept by TeeSoup, these are processed entirely by Paypal. Alternatively, print off the order form and post a cheque or postal order including postage & packing to TeeSoup, 4 Lee Close, Kiddlington, Oxford OX5 2XZ. If you pay by cheque additional time may be required for your payment to clear before your order is despatched.

POSTAGE & PACKING RATES FOR UK ONLY
The following charges are made for postage and packing:-
£1.50 for 1 shirt
£2.85 for 2 shirts
£3.75 for 3 shirts
£5.25 for 4 shirts
£6.50 for 5 shirts
If you would like more than 5 shirts please contact us for rates.
For buyers outside the UK please email us for Postage & Packing rates and Ordering procedure.

DELIVERY
Orders are normally despatched via Royal Mail within 5 working days from date of purchase, however there might be a slight delay due to stock availability so please allow up to 15 days for delivery. Most items on the website will be in stock but as we are a small company we don't hold large quantities of any design. If an item you have ordered is out of stock we will get it for you as quickly as possible. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days we will advise you and you will have an option to cancel your order if the delay is unacceptable, and we will refund you in full. TeeSoup will never send you an alternate design or size unless you specifically agree beforehand.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
TeeSoup make every effort to ensure we provide you with a high quality product and we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. We will however exchange or refund any item provided it is returned within 14 days of delivery in a re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged). The costs of shipping are the responsibility of the customer and therefore non-refundable. If you wish to return an item you must email us at shirts@TeeSoup.co.uk. Please send the item you wish to return with your name, address & invoice number to TeeSoup, 4 Lee Close, Kiddlington, Oxford OX5 2XZ.

By using the TeeSoup website you are agreeing to be bound by these terms & conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms & conditions please do not use our website. TeeSoup may from time to time change these terms & conditions by updating this web page. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Although TeeSoup take care in ensuring the accuracy of the information on our website, the information including product descriptions and other content is provided without any representation or warranty and in no event shall TeeSoup be liable in connection with the use of the information made available. If any product you purchased from TeeSoup is not as described your sole remedy is to return it in a re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged) within 14 days of delivery.

The information provided on this website may only be printed, duplicated or reproduced in unmodified form for personal informational use. It must not be used for any commercial purpose and must not be republished in any form, unless our express written consent has been given.

Where links to other websites are provided, TeeSoup shall not be held responsible for the content of such third party websites.

No guarantees are given as to the time/date of delivery, and no claims in respect of lateness or failure to deliver will be accepted or payable by Teesoup.

You have a 7-day cooling off period in which you have the right to cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling a purchase. If you choose to cancel, we will refund your payment in full within 30 days of your cancellation. If the original payment was made by credit/debit card we will refund you on that same credit/debit card, if the original payment was by cheque or postal order we will refund you by cheque. If you wish to cancel your order within the 7-day cooling off period, you must email us at shirts@TeeSoup.co.uk or write to us at TeeSoup, 4 Lee Close, Kiddlington, Oxford OX5 2XZ. Please include your name, address & order details.

Outside of the 7-day cooling off period, we will exchange or refund any item provided it is returned within 14 days of delivery in a re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged). The costs of shipping are the responsibility of the customer and therefore are non-refundable. If you wish to return an item you must email us at shirts@TeeSoup.co.uk. Please send the item you wish to return with name, address, invoice number and reason for return to TeeSoup, 4 Lee Close, Kiddlington, Oxford OX5 2XZ. These refunds will be made within 30 days of return of the goods.

TeeSoup does not warrant this website or its servers are free from errors, viruses or any other harmful elements.

These terms & conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Privacy
TeeSoup are committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who visit our website, and will only use the information collected from you in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. To process your order we require your name, email address, postal address and telephone number. Credit card details are not held by TeeSoup. All credit/debit card detail are collected and processed by Paypal using Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with the highest level of encryption security. Please visit www.paypal.co.uk for more information. TeeSoup may also keep a record of the products which you have purchased.

We may also collect information about visitors to our website by way of using cookies in order to improve our website and better respond to customer requirements, or for administration or marketing purposes. A cookie may be sent from the server and stored on your computer's hard disk. If you prefer to avoid this, most browsers will allow you to set a preference to refuse cookies, however this may cause some elements of websites to not work properly.
