Discounts apply strictly to current stock as of 26 June 2010, and are only available while stocks last. No discounts will be given on new stock or new designs. We will aim to maintain normal delivery times however there may be delays due to demand.

ABOUT TEESOUP
TeeSoup is a small family run business committed to bringing back the hand quality and hand printed craft of t-shirt production. All our designs are created in-house by our own designers. After the initial idea, all our artworks are drawn by hand, which in itself makes them instantly more distinctive, and the printing is also done in the old hand crafted way.
We use high quality 100% cotton T-shirts and spirit based inks, so cut and comfort is achieved whilst holding clarity and detail, with the minimal amount of shrinkage and discolouring. All designs are available in Regular fit and some also in Lady fit. Please refer to the individual shirt details for more information. See chart below for approximate sizing information.

Each original design is available only in the colour stated. If you have any special requirements please e-mail us at shirts@teesoup.co.uk and we will advise if we can accommodate your needs. As we are a small company the best way to contact us is always by email.
T-SHIRT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Please observe the washing instructions on the t-shirt label. Turn your t-shirt inside out before washing and ironing. DO NOT iron directly onto the printed image.
ORDERING YOUR T-SHIRT
Orders can be placed online using the shopping cart & Paypal payment system. Credit/debit card details are not kept by TeeSoup, these are processed entirely by Paypal.
POSTAGE & PACKING RATES FOR UK ONLY
The following charges are made for postage and packing:-
£1.60 for 1 shirt
£2.95 for 2 shirts
£3.75 for 3 shirts
£5.25 for 4 shirts
£6.50 for 5 shirts
If you would like more than 5 shirts please contact us for rates.
FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM PLEASE CONTACT US FOR POSTAGE & PACKING RATES.
DELIVERY
Orders are normally despatched via Royal Mail within 5 working days from date of purchase, however there might be a slight delay due to the postal system so please allow up to 10 days for delivery. All items on the website are in stock and will therefore be despatched as soon as possible after receipt of your order. If delivery is delayed beyond 30 days we will advise you and you will have an option to cancel your order if the delay is unacceptable, and we will refund you in full. TeeSoup will never send you an alternate design or size unless you specifically agree beforehand.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES
TeeSoup make every effort to ensure we provide you with a high quality product and we hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. We will however exchange or refund any item provided it is returned within 14 days of delivery in a re-saleable condition (unworn, unwashed and undamaged). The costs of shipping are the responsibility of the customer and therefore non-refundable. If you wish to return an item you must email us at shirts@TeeSoup.co.uk. Please send the item you wish to return with your name, address & invoice number to TeeSoup, 4 Lee Close, Kiddlington, Oxford OX5 2XZ.
